On any Support Portal page, you can use the 'Submit a request' link in the upper right corner to create a new ticket. The Support Portal is our preferred way to contact our Support Team as it allows you to provide us with some extra information and the appropriate severity.
Alternatively, you may also email support@relational.ai to open a new support ticket. Tickets created via this email address default to Severity 3, so if you need to open a higher priority ticket, please use the Support Portal method.
